About the author

Kristina Potopalska is a professional circus artist with over 18 years of experience. My journey began in artistic gymnastics and seamlessly transitioned into the world of circus arts, where I developed discipline, strength, and a profound understanding of my body. I later graduated from a circus academy with a master’s degree as a coach, aerial gymnast, and acrobat.

For over 5 years, I’ve been helping clients improve their bodies through fitness and stretching. My approach blends circus training techniques with a deep understanding of body mechanics, prioritizing safety and long-term results for all levels.
